NHCH is a holistic health care organisation that delivers outstanding care to our valued clients.
When you partner with NHCH, you will receive as much or as little assistance as you need to live a healthy, happy, and comfortable life.
Your individual case-managed care plan will help support you with your basic needs. We can take you shopping to help with your weekly groceries and other retail needs. We will transport you to events and gatherings that match your interests to help you remain active in your community.
If you need assistance attending medical appointments, we will make all the arrangements to get you there on time and back home safely.
For more complex care prescribed by health professionals, our team of experienced Registered Nurses will provide the medical care you need while remaining in the comfort of your own home.
Our care team consists of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and Disability Support workers. All our staff have their professional qualification as well as CRC, WWC and First Aid Certificate.
