Our Services
Aged Care Packages
At NHCH we value the health and wellbeing of our local ageing community. We can ensure all your health needs are being met and that you feel supported by our team of qualified nurses.
Disability Care
Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), NHCH can provide on-going support and health care services for people living with a disability and their families.
Veteran's Home Care
We are an approved Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Provider. We assist clients with all or part of their package and tailor our services to ensure individual health and life goals are met.
Nursing Services
With a team of registered community health nurses available around the clock, NHCH can assist you with all your Hunter home health care needs from the comfort of your own home.
Post Hospital Care
At NHCH we understand the important of post-hospital care, which is why we have an experienced team of registered nurses available 24/7 to help take the stress out of your recovery.
Private Services
For short or long-term periods, all our services are available under self-funding arrangements for example when recovering from surgery or an illness, or to top up government funding.
Allied Health Services
Allied health services provide the support and assistance you need to reach your individual health and lifestyle objectives.
Domestic Services
We understand that the regular domestic duties can be left behind and forgotten when you are ill. NHCH can aid with all your domestic needs, so you can put your health and wellbeing first.
